Dr. Prabhjot Chahal

I spent my childhood in Cloverdale and attended Clayton Height's Secondary. I played rugby throughout high school continuing on to play as a Surrey Beaver until 2011 before leaving for medical school.  I completed my undergrad at SFU with a degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. For medical school I had an amazing experience attending St. George's University School of Medicine, where I spent 2 years in Grenada, West Indies, and then 2 years in Queens, New York. My 3 year residency was completed in Family Medicine in Bay Shore, New York.

I returned home to be able to provide for the communities that I grew up in. I am honored to be a part of like minded individuals providing continuity of care for all age groups and complexity of conditions in and out of hospital. I have a passion for procedural medicine and point of care ultrasound as well as delivering babies for the practice and the community. I also am a member of the Langley Maternity Clinic where we can help members of the community who either do not have a Family Physician or ones that do not regularly perform deliveries.

Outside of medicine I enjoy muscle cars, hiking, cooking, mountain biking, snowboarding and look for any excuse to work on my hopeless golf game.
