We also have an online option for booking appointments via our Accession Patient Portal - this option is temporarily suspended during this COVID-19 pandemic.  This is to safely monitor the flow of patients through our clinic.

Accession is the most convenient and secure way to stay in touch with your health care team and access your personal medical information, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It allows you to be a participant in your health journey.

Through Accession you can:

• Change your demographic information

• Access your medication list, allergies, immunizations, and other medical issues

• Request appointments online *

• Renew your prescriptions online **

* call our office directly to book paps,  physical exams, driver's medical, completing forms related to injuries
** allow 7 working days for prescriptions to be approved.

 

We encourage our patients to sign up for Accession Patient Portal. It is free to use. If you haven’t already signed up, please give us a call and request a password.
